It seems to many people that we are living in a country of dictatorship and a lack of concern for what the American people want. There is suddenly a lot of extreme ideas regarding the fate of America and her citizens. An idea to tear down the wall that was put in place to keep Americans secure will lead the country to chaos. There must be a pathway to citizenship because to open the floodgates will aid in the destruction of America as we know it.

We have issues that need to be ironed out as it is. How can we handle more before our wrinkles are ironed out? The American criminal justice system, the educational system, actually, all of the grounded systems need an upgrade. They do not work and if they are ineffective now, how much more ineffective will these systems become when we are overloaded with people from other countries?

When all Americans have jobs, have a great education and the justice system has been revamped, when social services gets a clue that they are not always serving the population effectively, then, and only then should we discuss a pathway to citizenship. More suffering and unhappy Americans is not what we need. We do need to open our arms to those who seek freedom and a better way of life but we do not need to figure out how to it will work at the same time these people are coming into the country. We must be prepared, not jump into things without thought. Americans have lost so many jobs and businesses due to the Coronavirus, and now many thousands of jobs have been lost due to ending the pipeline project and the number is increasing.
